Order Processing & Build Time
Most of our products are made to order.

The build time for each item is listed in the product description.

Once the item is built, it typically takes 2–5 business days for us to arrange courier collection.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the courier and location.
Shipping Options & Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Each item has a specific shipping price based on size, weight, and destination.

The shipping price for your selected item will be shown during checkout.

Alternatively, free collection in person is available from our workshop in Kingswinford (address provided after order confirmation).
Delivery Details

Deliveries are made via reliable UK couriers.

You will receive an update once your item is ready for dispatch and again when it’s been collected.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after the courier has collected your item.

We are not responsible for courier delays but will do our best to help track and resolve issues.
Missed Deliveries or Damaged Items

If you miss the delivery, the courier may leave a card for redelivery or collection options.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage so we can investigate and assist.
