Refund Policy

At Midlands Wood Works, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade wooden items. We comply fully with UK consumer protection laws regarding refunds and returns.

1. Legal Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the item, unless an exception applies (see below). You do not need to provide a reason.

2. Exclusions

We are not required to accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalised items.

• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us at midlandswoodworks@icloud.com within the legal return period.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered as required by law. If the item is faulty or not as described, we will pay return shipping. If you change your mind, you may be responsible for return costs.
